Description
A unit consisting of a filter regulator and lubricator is used when the compressed air not only needs to be cleaned but also oiled. The filter regulator removes the condensate and coarse dirt from the compressor. The lubricator supplies a precisely dosed amount of pneumatic lubricating oil.
There is total two type of Filter Regulators. D series polymer and MS series
- The D series with polymer housing has four distinct pre-assembled configurations that can be ordered from stock. One of the sizes is available for very simple applications
- The MS series offers the widest range of filter regulator/lubricator units, ideal for every application. The unit MS-FRC offers good particle separation at a high flow rate and good control characteristics. The lubricator then adds a precisely dosed amount of oil to the compressed air. The filter regulator/lubricator can be ordered as a complete combination from stock or configured as a module thanks to the simple modular system of the MS series. The housings are made of die-cast aluminium, the filter bowls are either made of metal or polycarbonate with a bowl guard, and can be combined with all common condensate drain systems.
